What is the difference between Clear Whey Protein and Whey Protein?

Whey protein is the classic form of protein used in creamy drinks like our Protein Coffee. It has a richer, creamier texture and provides high-quality protein, without added sugar. Clear whey protein is a more refined version that dissolves into a clear, juice-like drink. It’s light, refreshing, and still delivers the same protein benefits. Both options are great - the main difference is simply the texture and drinking experience.

Are the Refreshers Lactose Free?

Our product contains whey protein isolate, which is derived from milk. Whey isolate is highly filtered and contains very little lactose, but it is not considered lactose-free.

Are refreshers certified gluten-free?

Our Refreshers are not certified gluten-free. While they contain very low amounts of gluten, they have not gone through the certification process to be labeled as gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or any gluten-related health concerns, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before adding them to your routine.

How much caffeine is in each serving?

Our Clear Protein Refresher contains 45mg of caffeine per serving, which is considered a light caffeine boost. For comparison, that’s about half the caffeine of a typical cup of coffee, so it’s designed to give you a gentle lift without feeling too jittery.

Is there fruit in the refresher?

There are trace amounts of fruit juice used for natural coloring, but there isn’t any actual fruit used in the formulation of the Refreshers themselves.

How much magnesium citrate is in it? That's a laxative.

There is approximately 170mg per serving of magnesium citrate. We use a highly absorbable form of magnesium (magnesium citrate) to support overall electrolyte balance. That said, if the person knows they are sensitive to magnesium citrate, we recommend checking in with their healthcare provider before using it.

How should I prepare a Clear Protein Refresher?

Step 1: Fill your cup with 10 oz of cold water. Step 2: Add 1 scoop of Protein Refresher. Step 3: Shake well and briefly allow foam to settle before adding ice

When is the best time to consume a Clear Protein Refresher?
