Zivo Coffee offers the following products and services:

Protein coffee powder and protein-enhanced coffee products
Clear whey protein refreshers

Subscription plans for recurring product deliveries

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without prior notice.

If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

2.3 Nutritional Information & Allergens

Our products may be manufactured in facilities that also process milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Always read the product label before consuming. 3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Subscription Overview

Zivo Coffee offers subscription plans that allow customers to receive recurring deliveries of selected products at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription interval you select.

3.2 Billing

Subscription billing occurs automatically on your chosen billing cycle (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Your payment method will be charged on the scheduled date.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 3 days before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for that billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3.4 Pausing a Subscription

You may pause your subscription for a period of time through your account dashboard. Pausing takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.5 Subscription Modifications

You may modify your subscription (including product selection, quantity, or delivery frequency) at any time through your account, subject to a 3 day processing cutoff prior to your next scheduled order.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. This email does not constitute final acceptance until your payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed for fulfillment.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Delivery times and shipping rates are provided at checkout and may vary by location. Zivo Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arkansas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

For Canadian customers, any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.
