Ingredients
2 scoops Zivo Protein Coffee Hazelnut
200 g low-fat quark or Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp cold water
Pinch of salt
Crushed hazelnuts to garnish

Preparation
Mix 2 scoops of Zivo Hazelnut with 2 tbsp cold water and the cocoa powder to form a smooth paste.
Fold the paste gently into the quark or Greek yoghurt until fully combined.
Spoon into small glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Top with crushed hazelnuts before serving.
