Caramel Coffee Protein Pancakes

Fluffy, golden and with a rich caramel coffee flavour that actually makes sense in a pancake. The stack you'll want to make every weekend.

Ingredients

1 scoop Zivo Citrus Splash
100 g oat flour
2 eggs
100 ml milk or oat milk
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Fresh fruit and honey to serve

Preparation

Mix the oat flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, then stir in 2 scoops of Zivo Caramel until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just smooth — don't overmix or the pancakes will turn dense.
Cook spoonfuls on a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until golden. Serve stacked with banana slices and honey.
